Sports (Winter Sports Industry) is comprised of companies
who distribute and/or manufacture outdoor apparel, gear,
equipment, and footwear for nordic and alpine skiing,
snowshoeing and snowboarding. Providing services to
these companies are consultants and independent contractors
and outside sales reps. Retail stores sell winter skiing,
snowboarding and snowshoeing gear, equipment and apparel
to the snowsport outdoor enthusiast. The Retailers range
from small, locally-owned stores to national chains.
