Job Description & Requirements
Apex Outdoor Sales is seeking a high-level, driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative to manage a portfolio of great customers and brands in the Houston/East Texas/South Texas area.
Responsibilities:
Present, promote and actively sell products to existing and prospective customers in multiple sales channels.
Be well versed in current new products being offered by multiple factories we represent.
Actively spend time on the road in the territory. Conduct sales meetings both via face-to-face and virtually and attending industry trade shows.
Establish, develop and maintain flawless business and customer relationships.
Resolve all customer issues to maximize satisfaction on both sides in a timely fashion.
Complete monthly sales reports on sales and trends in individual territories.
Enter orders in an accurate and timely fashion and leverage sales tactics to receive placement of as much product as possible.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience. Outdoor industry experience is a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Fluent with all virtual meeting platforms.
Highly self-motivated, driven and competitive.
Exceptional selling, communication and negotiating skills.
Organize and prioritize time management daily, weekly and monthly.
Successfully manage a multi-brand portfolio.
Ability to create and deliver professional presentations tailored to audience needs.
Able and willing to work from a home office with flexibility and self-discipline to work remotely as necessary.
