The Warehouse Associate is responsible for cleaning, order picking and packing, basic inventory management, customer service and product testing and repair.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Ability to perform warehouse activities including but not limited to the following:

Inventory Management

• Responsible for receiving of all shipments from vendors and customers
• Responsible for storing and organizing of all inventory items
• Responsible for inspecting the quality of items upon receipt

Sales Fulfillment

• Responsible for picking and packing all customer orders (both B2C and B2B)
• Answer phones and emails concerning order status
• Interface professionally with Will Call pickup customers as required

Test and Repair

• Responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing and QC of units in accordance with company SOPs
• Assist with special warehouse projects as required  

Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required
• Ability to be on time and at work daily
• 6 months of experience in physical labor; warehouse atmosphere a plus
• Problem solver with good communication skills
• Time management skills
• Mathematical skills to account for inventory
• Very good attention to detail with proven accuracy
• Great organization skills
• Must be able to read and speak English

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:  

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Regularly required to be in one position, standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time; to use hands to handle, or feel; to constantly lift and move heavy objects (approx. 75 lbs); and to traverse throughout the warehouse. 
• As a part of the NRG commitment to the health, safety and well-being of our employees, customers and the community, this role requires weekly Covid-19 testing for employees who are not fully vaccinated.
• Frequently required to reach, stoop, crouch or crawl to retrieve objects to fulfill product orders. 
• Warehouse Environment where temperatures and noise levels vary.
• Position located in Bluffdale, UT – no relocation available.
