QuietKat, founded in 2012 by twin brothers Jake and Justin Roach, is the #1 hunt, fish and overland premium electric bike brand on the planet. This senior leader is a key contributor to QuietKat’s overall strategy and growth. Reporting to our Vice President of Sales and Marketing and leading a small team of creative and committed marketing professionals, the Sr. Manager, Marketing will lead development and execution of strategic and operational marketing plans for QuietKat, partner with other leaders to manage QuietKat tradeshow and event participation, and oversee influencer relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Create a strong link between product development, marketing, and sales to ensure that key customer needs are being met and winning solutions deployed
- Drive an effective trade show and event strategy
- Optimize content strategy, ensure high quality product photos and assets are delivered to internal teams and retail partners in advance of product launches and initiatives
- Provide direction, support, oversight, and development opportunities for direct reports
- Drive brand standard consistency across channels
- Lead social media planning and influencer relationships
What You Bring:
- 6+ Years of progressive marketing experience with 4+ years leading teams
- Proven track record of strategic thinking and creative marketing initiatives and significant experience evaluating strategy and creative work
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Experience marketing and selling into multiple consumer target audiences, preferably in the outdoor industry and lifestyle markets as well as various distribution channels from specialty to mass

- The pay for this role ranges from $103,200-$136,600, depending on skills and experience
