Here’s what you’d do:
Locally is seeking a full-time, remote/work-from-home Retailer Support Specialist to provide assistance to retailers utilizing the Locally platform. As a Retailer Support Specialist, you’ll employ a knack for strong customer service with deep expertise of the Locally platform to create a top-tier onboarding and ongoing support experience for Locally’s retailers across the globe.
Job Responsibilities:
Assisting our retailers as they set up accounts, enable inventory feeds and transaction acceptance, and utilize our add-on services
Responding to incoming support requests primarily through our email ticketing service and zoom
Working directly with certain retailers to facilitate setup and provide ongoing support
Assist in maintaining the Locally knowledge base and overall support experience
Troubleshooting and problem solving
Miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as needed
Who we’re looking for:
You have at least 2-3 years in a customer-focused role, ideally technical
You are proficient in a technical environment; ability to quickly learn a new platform, communicate with customers via email, ticketing platform, etc.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have a knack for problem-solving and enjoy providing great customer experiences
And while not mandatory, major plus’s include:
Experience in retail or retail tech; ecommerce, Point of Sale systems, general retail operations
Candidates bi-lingual in French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Japanese
Passion for connecting online shoppers to local retail stores

Base salary $45k annual plus Bonus and Stock Option Plan

This position is fully remote/work-from home
This role is for Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm, eastern-time zone working hours. A Retailer Support Specialist should expect to participate in helping to provide off-schedule coverage during certain peak shopping periods as needed.
