Job Title: Business Analyst & Retail Support Specialist

Job Description: Will be responsible for diving in and providing strategic insights based off internal and external data provided by key vendor and retail partners. The data provided by this position is crucial for Yukon leadership, brand partners, and national retailers to make informed decisions in a rapidly changing environment. The ability to format large datasets and provide key takeaways is a critical skill for this role.
This employee will also manage all aspects of the vendor relationship for some of our brands selling at Amazon. This may include: negotiations, catalog management, product page updates, and reporting of KPI’s.
Location: Seattle, WA
Experience: 3+ year of industry experience in retail, sales, or related occupation in the outdoor industry.
Skills for Success:
· BA/BS degree
· Working knowledge of independent specialty and outdoor retail channels
· Self-motivated and strong entrepreneurial spirit
· Strong analytical skill set
· Computer skills must include high level proficiency in Excel with added consideration for familiarity with Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization software.
o Must be comfortable with pivot tables, vlook ups, slicers, conditional formatting, and additional Excel tools.
o Familiarity with Adobe products (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) considered a bonus.
· Experience with SPS Software also considered a bonus.
· Passion for the outdoor industry and participate in outdoor activities
