Inside Sales / Customer Service Lead

PRET OVERVIEW

Based in beautiful Park City and minutes from the slopes, Pret is a growing company in the outdoor & sporting goods industry managing two brands. Pret, making some of the most comfortable, lightest, and well-designed winter sports helmets for over 10 years, and Valor a start-up hockey helmet brand with founding roots from professional players.   We are here to protect athletes of all levels get out there and have fun.  A great opportunity for the right candidate to join our small, focused team that is passionate about delivering exceptional product and service.   The right individual will share this passion, and have the desire to manage the customer experience, and hey will be integral in shaping the systems that are necessary to support our dealers, reps, and consumers. 

 

 WHAT YOU’LL DO

?      Develop and foster relationships with retailers large and small, sales representatives, and logistics personnel.

?      Manage and improve Pret’s order processes.

?      Represent the Pret & Valor brands with extraordinary service and sales skills.

?      Exercise diplomacy with customer inquiries and service requests.

?      Resolves email, phone, and social media requests in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

?      Assists in the development of sales tools and materials

?      Distribution of periodic inventory and sales reports to sales reps and management

?      Assist/Support Pret’s Sales & Marketing efforts

?      Attend Trade show and regional events as required

?      Work with marketing groups to manage, ship, and track Athlete, photo, and media orders

?      Assist in development, production, and distribution of marketing and clinic materials

?      Process dealer and consumer communications received via phone, web, or social

?      Field and process customer & dealer warranty calls/messages.

?      Manage warranty and spare parts inventory

?      Track and report issues and trends to team

?      Participate in Pret monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes.  Provide team with customer and market feedback on product, programs, pricing, & marketing.

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

?      2 years+ retail or wholesale sales/customer service experience.

?      Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

?      Ability to work independently, work with a team, and thrive on challenge.

?      Attention to detail & accuracy, self-management ability, and strong follow through.

?      Ability to multitask projects, emails, calls, and chats.

?      Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook.  Additional skills and experience in live chat, and data management desirable.

?      Reliability and trustworthiness.

 BONUS POINTS IF

?      You have experience with EDI processing

?      You have worked with multi-store retailers


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:

Primarily working in our Park City office, with minimal domestic travel for trade shows, events, or customer meetings.
