Job Title:

Customer Service Representative

Position Purpose:

Stan’s NoTubes has an immediate opening available for a Customer Service Representative. This role, which reports directly to the Sales Director, will be at the center of the action by interacting with all functional areas of the business. The Customer Service Representative will assist our customers while providing exceptional and professional service. This key team member will have the opportunity daily to contribute to the Company’s sales and service goals. This is a full-time position that will provide on-the-job training. You will be encouraged to use, enjoy and better understand Stan’s Performance Products outside of work. This position is based out of our Stan’s NoTubes State College, Pennsylvania office. State College is home to the amazing singletrack and gravel roads of Rothrock and Bald Eagle state forests and a short drive from renowned Allegrippis Trails at Raystown Lake. A great place to call home, State College is ideal for those that enjoy four seasons of outdoor pursuits and the benefits of being in a major college town

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional and professional service

• Utilize our technology toolset which includes NetSuite (ERP System), Asana (Project Management), Skype (Online Chatting), Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite

• Interact with customers via email, telephone, online chat and face-to face

• Interact with all divisions of the Company

• Detail and team oriented

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with inquiries, orders and technical problems

• Actively participate in continual improvement processes

• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a consumer facing customer service role or in a retail environment

• Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong communicator with demonstrated customer service skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Basic understanding of bicycles, their components, and nomenclature

• Travel domestically, primarily east coast, 5% of the time (approximately 4 overnight trips per year)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NetSuite (Oracle) and Asana (Project Management) applications

• Fluency in Spanish

• Bike Shop retail experience

• Competency in basic bicycle maintenance

• Active recreational or competitive personal cycling experience

Job Type:

Full Time (40 hours per week) Pay Rate and Type:

Exempt Position; $40,000-$50,000 per year
