Job Description & Requirements
Wheat Ridge Cyclery seeks to fill two full time positions in operations and inventory systems support at our main store in Wheat Ridge. Responsibilities of these positions include physical inventory management, warehouse operations including transferring and fulfilling, integration of vendor product information into retail POS and eCommerce platforms, computer and networking systems maintenance & support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Integrate vendor product data into retail point of sale and eCommerce platforms
- Manage product data integrity and uniformity
- Perform regular inventory cycle counting to ensure accuracy of on-hand inventory
- Coordinate transfer of products between physical stores
- Provide computer and networking systems maintenance & support
- Assist shipping, receiving and warehouse management operations as required
- Overtime may be available or required based on workload
- Other duties as assigned
Experience and Skills
- Three years bicycle retail or inventory management preferred
- Experience with POS data systems and vendor B2B ordering platforms
- Experience with Excel for table-oriented data management
- Computer and networking support experience preferred
- Very strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and team working skills
- Current knowledge of bicycle products and trends
- Ability to produce top quality work while maintaining a high level of productivity
- Ability to stand and walk throughout most of work shift
- Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 lbs occasionally and/or up to 35 lbs frequently
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Hourly pay range $18 - 24/hr
- Monthly sales-goal based bonuses up $1,200
