Reports to: Store Manager

Status: Full Time: 40-45 hours/week, Open availability required

Compensation: $50k-$57k + PTO + 401k (after 6 months) + Weekly Bonus Opportunity + Health Care

We’re looking for a rockstar to join our small, but mighty leadership team at FERAL to help operate and optimize our Denver brick and mortar location.

This keyholder position is responsible for the full P&L performance of our Denver location and leading a powerful team of community-focused professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Train and develop a strong team that executes on process every single day.
• Be a thought leader. FERAL doesn’t strive to be “stay in business”, our goal is to set the standard for how a local business can be a leader in its industry and community.
• Establish programs that keep us in compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure that the team is meeting these compliance requirements.
• Ensure that our team’s behavior reflects our mission to “Create Adventure” for everyone in our community.
• Execute store-wide leadership responsibilities when scheduled as supervisor on duty.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment for our team and guests.
• Process, process, process. Establish solid processes and pursue execution relentlessly.
• Set high standards, communicate those standards, and hold yourself and your team accountable to those standards.
