Job Description & Requirements
Head Shooting Guide is integral in creating a professional and positive environment for guests and employees by monitoring the Shooting department, ensuring that guides are performing to the best of their ability and guests receive the highest quality experience possible. This role works closely with the Activities Manager and Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide a safe environment for guests and coworkers

Oversee ranges and equipment for the following: Pistol, Rifle, Sporting Clays, Trap and Skeet, Rimfire, Paintball

Thoroughly understand and implement the SOP for each activity

Keep meticulous records, including purchasing order, receipts and inventory

Coordinate maintenance of all shooting program ranges

Maintain and improve guide program through trainings and audits

Perform seasonal inventory of gear

Order gear and supplies while adhering to a set budget

Help coworkers in activities and throughout the Ranch with day-to-day tasks and goals
- Perform other tasks as needed
Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Valid Driver’s License
-
Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and move continuously for duration of shift

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, nights
-
Previous leadership experience preferred
