PR & Communication Manager

 

We are looking for a talented and passionate individual to be part of our Marketing Team !

The person will be responsible of PR and Product Marketing Strategy, ensuring new and existing consumers are educated on the benefits of Crank Brothers products worldwide.

Duties and responsibilities:

-          Effective national and international PR & Communication strategy

-          B2B partnerships and North America MTB press and media

-          Endemic and non-endemic partnerships

-          Tracking and reporting all online and print media and communication with external partners

-          Identification, development, pitching and placement of CB branded stories

-          Tracking, organizing, and distributing product sample orders for photography, tradeshows, and various brand needs

-          All aspects of online and print media

This position works closely with the Global Marketing Manager and the Business Director to define new products launches, product features and benefits, developing a targeted communication with high-quality written materials for B2B and B2C to create exciting and thought-provoking product marketing campaigns.

Specifically the role requires:

-          Minimum 3-4 years of related experience

-          Proficient in all Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive)

-          Proficient in social media tools

-          Public speaking, writing, and presentation skills

-          Ability to prioritize work hours and unexpected changes in schedule and meet all deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

Lastly but not least:

-          Must have passion and experience in mountain biking

-          Must understand the MTB industry media

-          Willing to travel domestically and internationally

Additional requirements:

-          Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Economics
