Business Development/National Sales

Position Summary:

Ernest Hemingway Inshore seeks a candidate to chart a new course for our territory. You'll map the market, navigate the channels, and land new accounts worthy of the Hemingway name.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales objectives & report performance.
• Implement market & account strategies.
• Lead field activities & co-travel with sales personnel.
• Analyze market trends & competitor activity.
• Maintain sales plans, forecasts, & budgets. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Represent our brand with passion and integrity.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience, not just talk.
• Know the fishing game inside and out.
• Numbers matter, but so does the story.
• Retail knowledge with the big boys and local shops.
• Must be able to tie a Bimini twist.
• Travel's part of the deal; no complaints.
